Financial Assistance is available to address installation costs. Grants, loans and other incentives are also available for homeowners adopting energy efficient solutions. We will assist you with the rebates and tax credits available to you, as well as with obtaining financing. Since the solutions do pay for themselves you will be making an investment rather than incurring expense like you do today with conventional systems.

This just in: On February 17, 2009, President Obama signed the American Recovery and Re-investment Act of 2009 into law. The new bill tremendously improves upon the 2008 bill by increasing tax creditsand removing "cost caps". The long awaited change allows you to take a 30 percent tax credit off the installed cost of various renewable energy measures including but not limited to a geothermal system and solar.

You now get a 30% tax credit with no cap for the purchase and installation of a Photovoltaic Solar and Direct Exchange Geothermal heat pump system. In addition to the long-tmer energy savings, Geothermal and Solar Systems are now more cost effective than ever. Recovery on an initial investment is now faster than before, and with energy cost spikes looming in the future, the time is now to install these sustainable energy systems.
